Mfuranzima Direct Support Education

The Institute provides trainings and certifications for professionals working in assisted living facilities and residential care communities. They provide different levels of state-mandated certifications required to become a Certified Residential Medication Aid (CRMA) or Direct Support Professional (DSP). The customizable trainings can include medication passes, first aide, CPR, and non-violent intervention. The trainings and re-certifications are for businesses and groups as well as individuals. They provide education and training to employees on behalf of agencies, assisted living places, and group homes. For middle to large-scale businesses of this industry, the Institute provides deals called “pricing plans” that bundle their services. In addition to trainings and certifications they also offer consultation services.
